"I use to be a Walmart shopper for year's but the service is terrible. I've done pick up orders 1/2 my stuff would be outdated or expire in a few days. Their prices use to be the cheapest. Now that is not the case. I tried a delivery order and spent close to $90.00 when the NON ENGLISH SPEAKING person set two items on my porch and left because we couldn't communicate I was livid. \n\nHello Kroger & Meijer"

"The price shown online should be the price that the store matches. Customers should 100% never have to download an app to see what the right price is. There are untold amounts of older people who still have feature phones (those without touch screens) and can't download apps, and even more still who don't understand the technology. Either way, the website price should match the app, should match the store and should get price matched in store. Getting into a shouting match with a customer and demanding I "look at the price in the app" when it doesn't show that price on the website (Walmart.com) and telling me the app is right and the website is wrong is just abysmal. Not sure who hired, let alone kept promoting Dhruvil to be the night manager but they should reevaluate their hiring and management choices. The online only deals that show out of stock in store, when the item is shown to the manager should get price matched 100% of the time if the customer literally cannot order it through the website. Downloading an app should NEVER be a requirement to shop at a Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc. Treating customers poorly and refusing to answer reasonable questions as to why the price on the website won't be honored is really not a great way to treat customers at any time, let alone during the holiday season where there is so much competition for customers. Experiences like the one I just had make me with for a negative star rating being available, but I'm clearly not alone as this location has a 2.2 Star average which is about 4 stars too high."

Does anyone know how to speak to a real person about a Walmart order? I received the wrong version of what I ordered but if I try to get them to replace it I feel like they're just gonna send the same thing again. Whenever I call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful.
If Walmart fires us, I am going in that management office, cussing out our bullshit manager until the cops drag me out of that hell hole. If i get promoted to customer it will be a blessing in disguise, fuck this company.
Why does Walmart.com redirect me to the login page, instead of letting me browse as guest? It didn't do that a couple weeks ago. Normally when I go on their homepage, I can search for stuff without logging in (i.e. browsing as guest user). What's going on?

Walmart saw them as a long time employee leaving. Being with an employer for 11 gives you a track record, either good or bad. Given the employment situation, I don't blame them for terminating anyone on the spot after giving notice. Employers only want who wants to be there.
